We recently updated the TRAINING site that has had an impact on the Admin Staff user accounts losing the SuperAdmin slider.
To restore this functionality you can follow these steps.
SuperAdmin -> Personnel -> User Groups
Add a new group called “Admin SuperStaff”
Priority is up to you
Add the permissions like this:
SuperAdmin = Read/Write
SAVE
Go to Personnel
Select the Admin Staff user you want to modify
You’ll see a new “Select Group” box click in it
Select the new user group you created in step 4
Click the check to save
Please do this for the FDT Admin Staff account as well
